Professor of Psychology
Dr. Doyle Goff is a valuable member of the Behavioral and Social Sciences team. After being a pastor for six years, and operating a private practice in psychotherapy for four years, Goff came to the Lee faculty in 1987.
He customarily teaches Adolescent Psychology, , Theories of Counseling, and Marriage and Family Counseling, Family Systems Theory. Goff’s specialty is in the area of Marriage and Family Therapy. Goff has published a variety of writings, including abstracts, articles, book chapters, and newspaper columns.
After serving as the Director of Graduate Studies in Counseling, he returned to the classroom full-time.
Goff is from Everglades City, Fla. He and his wife Terrie have three sons, David, Dwane, and Dwight.
