Ingrid Hart rejoined the Department of Business as an Instructor of Accounting in the Fall of 2006. Ingrid had prior served Lee as an instructor of accounting from 2000-2004 when she left to work as the Controller of the McKenzie Companies in Cleveland. Prior to that, Ingrid has worked as a tax professional at H&R Block and as an accountant to many organizations including World Class International Management Consultants in Atlanta and Powertel Inc. in Atlanta.
Ingrid has received many award and honors for her work including the National Collegiate Minority Leadership Award, the Key Player Management Award from Powertel, Who’s Who Among International Business Leaders, Who’s Who Among American Colleges and Universities nominee and Who’s Who Amongst U.S. Teachers nominee.
Ingrid is involved in the Georgia Society of CPAs, the Tennessee Society of CPAs, the Girl Scouts of America which she is a unit leader for, National Association of Female Executives, Beta Alpha Psi Accounting Honor Society, and Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority among others.
