Professional Tennis
Competed at Wimbledon and the U.S. Open 6x, the French Open 3x, and the Tournament of Champions; Won Professional Singles Title – Atlanta, GA; Won Professional Doubles Title – Las Vegas, NV. Ranked #30 in the World in Professional Tennis. Successfully represented the United States team in the Maureen Connolly Championships against Great Britain. Honored with the Concord Award by British Airways for the “Fastest Serve in Womens’ Tennis.” Competed against legendary players such as Billie Jean King, Chris Evert, Martina Navratilova, and Steffi Graf.

Additional Experiences
Motivational Speaker, Published Author (“Serving the Master“). Writes a weekly column for the Chattanooga Free Press, and contributing writer for Championship Performance; Peak Sports. Sportscasting experience on television and radio. Honored with the “Kay McDaniel Walk for Lupus.” Received the “Honor an Educator” Award from International Honor Society for Educators. Received “2004 Outstanding Amateur Photographer” Award. Director of the popular “Kay McDaniel Tennis Clinics” Received TVAC “Coach of the Year” Award. Nominated multiple times to “Who’s Who Among America’s Best Teachers;” “Who’s Who of American Women;” “Cambridge Who’s Who;” Biltmore Who’s Who.” Received “Outstanding Achievement Award” by Louisiana Governor and Council on Physical Fitness and Sport. Inducted into the TN Hall of Fame (2006); STA Hall of Fame (with Stan Smith) (2007); Sports Hall of Fame (2008)
