Position Summary

nature of the intern's work

In this collaborative, entry-level role, you will get a chance to learn important skills and gain professional experience by working on campaigns and new product launches with our Ranger Outdoors team. Our ideal intern candidate has graphic design skills to produce high-quality, trendy content for national advertisements, as well as, social media platforms, including Instagram and Facebook- TikTok would also be a plus. Basic knowledge of Shopify web platforms, and current outdoor marketing trends is a plus. It's essential that applicants to this position have strong communication skills, demonstrate creativity, and understand the importance of attending to even the smallest details.

DESCRIPTION

Duties & Responsibilities
Outline the major tasks that the intern will complete
  • Support our digital marketing team
  • Assist with social media campaigns
  • Assist with email campaigns
  • Assist with Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
  • Produce website and social media content
  • Assist with scheduling and coordinating speaking engagements, appearances, photoshoots, and other special events
  • Write press releases and other materials
  • Complete other administrative tasks as needed

Skills & Qualifications

  • Current enrollment in a bachelor's degree program (recent graduates considered)
  • Prior internships experience a plus
  • Experience using Adobe Creative Suite and other content creation tools
  • Graphic design skills
  • Strong Writing skills
  • Website management experience a plus
  • Computer skills
