Kevin Ung, Director of the McNair Scholars Program, will be providing current research and best practice to gain a broader understanding of the motivation, challenges, and resources for first-generation college student success at Lee U. In addition, this session will cover pertinent information for all current and prospective McNair faculty mentor.
